To maintain the integrity of the pleats, we recommend a cold hand wash. Do not iron, tumble dry, or dry clean, as heat can compromise the garment's texture. Simply lay flat to dry in the shade.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but international express shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
How do I determine my size in Alquema clothing?
Our pleated fabric is designed with significant stretch to flatter all silhouettes. Most of our styles are offered in Size 0 (S/M), Size 1 (M/L), and Size 2 (L/XL). Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the garments are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
