At Alquema, we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team or visit our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.
Ship the Item
Send your return via a trackable postal service to our studio address; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is finalized.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the garment to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
